Today, it is time to take another small step on the road to a life of health and fitness. You have probably already seen that exercise begins today. What's different about this than other types of exercise, equipment, videos, etc.? The difference is, just about all of them sell a generic program that they expect about everyone to do. If you're 100 pounds overweight do you really think you can jump into doing an exercise machine everyday?
No, because it's too big of a change from what you did yesterday to think that from today on you will use this machine everyday for the rest of your life! Refer to your ViceBustingDiet Journal, review the Levels of Health & Fitness. Understand that not everybody is on the same fitness level, so I can only recommend exercises for a particular Level. It's important that you do what is comfortable for you today and work up from there.
This is the most important point to keep in mind regarding exercise:: Focus on getting in the habit of exercising regularly (3 days a week and more - preferably with a day of rest in between), and work up to doing more on each day. Down the road you can do more days, more time, and more intensity and overall effort.. Consistency is the key right now.
