Well you made it through these first 3 weeks. They went fast, didn't they? Think about the last month, year, or even decade of your life. It all goes pretty fast when you think about it, and seems to go by faster as we age.
Let that be a reminder that weight loss will take place a lot faster than you think. Twelve or fifteen months seems like a long time to get the weight off, but it really isn't. Time seems to move faster as you make progress. I can remember it like yesterday, but my weight has been off for years (actually I stopped stating the years after 8 or so!). You'll get to a point when YOU can look back and you won't believe where the time went. So stick to what you need to do today.
As you take the time to score your progess, make a good faith estimate on these things as I realize you may not be able to be exact. But notice that the SCORE is based on actions, NOT WEIGHT! I know you want to weigh yourself today, and that's fine, I've included it today, but don't make it your focus.
As you move on, you will now chart your actions on a WEEK to WEEK basis. Remember, not all at once...just one healthy action at a time!
