Day 2 ImageAs you move on, begin to discover the person you are on the inside in order to develop the strength and awareness of what it takes to become the person you desire to be! Be sure that you are carrying a water bottle with you and drinking from it often! This is one of the best habits to get into. If you came to my house, you'd see water bottles readily available, a water pitcher (with a built in filter)in the frig, and of course a water bottle on my desk.

NOTE: Today, you should develop a picture and description of the person you desire to become. Remember, you must first get a clear visualization before it will become a realization. The clearer you can see where you're going, the easier it will be to take action. Your brain will demand that you do because you'll be excited to get there!.

This is all about making a habit of one simple action at a time.
