The way to success when it comes to weight loss is doing a few things the right way, and doing them consistently. You remember we talked about not needing some special eating plan and/or "diet" that includes a regimented exercise routine each day? Well, we don't -- not in the beginning anyway.
Just stick to those couple of things you're doing, and get in the habit of doing them -- 21 days to develop a habit! Today you should have some rewards that you can look forward to further out than today or this week.
Get excited about something special that you will do for yourself (or maybe for someone else!) as a reward. You can even set a reward for 6 months from now - maybe travel to an exotic place for more healthy actions!
Keep sticking to the basics.
