Day 1 ImageEach day I will be with you as you make the transition to a healthy lifestyle. Remember, this is not a diet. Please be sure to follow the guidelines. The most important point to succeeding is taking things one step at a time.

Today you should complete ten adjectives exercise. It's most important to begin building your positive thinking just as much, if not more, than building a healthy body. You will also notice that you have morning and evening AFFIRMATIONS to read. What your mind can perceive and your heart believes you can achieve.

I will be with you each day for these first 21 days. And don't worry, these messages won't be too long!...keeping with our mantra of 'keeping it simple and easy!' Remember, you can't rush that which takes time to complete. Just do a little bit each day and follow along. Don't worry if you feel you're not doing enough now - you will be before you know it, and when you're ready!

P.S. Be sure you start carrying a water bottle and drink from it often!
